Stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t be happier! The apartment-style rooms are incredibly convenient—fully equipped kitchen, spacious layout, and a design I really love. I ended up staying in most of the time because it felt so comfortable and self-sufficient. Cleanliness was generally good—rooms were tidy—but I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed stretched thin, almost like only one person was handling all the rooms, leading to some waiting time. Service was excellent though—always responsive. When I accidentally burned my hand, they quickly brought over burn ointment. Even when I ordered a large delivery, the friendly, slightly chubby porter helped carry everything up without hesitation. Overall, this place offers great value and a homey vibe. Definitely coming back.

Waking up without pulling the curtains open, you're greeted by endless blue sky and sea—a truly serene experience. On the ground floor, there’s a family-friendly pool area with separate sections for adults and kids, plus swings, hanging beds, and even a friendly little cat that made the kids laugh nonstop. Service stands out in every way: when I lost my ID after collecting luggage at the airport, the front desk guy immediately upgraded my room and comforted me. He also promised to send a mosquito repellent to my room—such thoughtful care! And upon arrival, staff members kindly carried my luggage upstairs. This level of service makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming retreat in Sanya, this hotel delivers on every level. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely fantastic—super convenient for getting around, with easy access to attractions and a peaceful, scenic neighborhood. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort and convenience in one. I especially want to thank Front Desk Manager Xiao Wang for the excellent room assignment and warm hospitality—it felt like being welcomed into a home away from home. I stayed here as a transit stop, but was pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Yemeng Long Beach, perfect for catching the sunset at the ideal viewing spot. Plus, there’s live acoustic music on weekends—such a nice touch that adds charm to the evening. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya.

住咗呢間寶宏尚海華廷精品酒店，整體體驗真係好滿意！每日都有人清潔房間，唔使特別提醒都做得好好，服務態度真係讚。雖然傢俬可以再更新啲，但其他方面都幾理想。期間遇到颱風，海水唔宜遊泳，但酒店嘅泳池就方便到爆，而且只屬於本酒店，住對面寶宏酒店嘅朋友就要過馬路先到，真係好方便。早餐冇食，不過好似中國普遍都唔太重視早餐，早上可以去麥當勞解決下。最開心係酒店有中文、俄文標示，連菜單都有，對俄國旅客超友好，而島上其餘地方幾乎無人識俄文，英文亦未必夠用。至於沙灘，其實係個小圍欄區，想自由游泳建議去三亞灣。另外可以順道去猴海衝浪村（用滴滴打車輸入「候海衝浪基地」就好），好玩又真實。出發前記得設定好阿里支付同微信支付，用本地銀行卡綁定就好。最後要特別讚一讚前台小姐，超有禮貌又主動幫忙，我寄咗幾個來自淘寶同拼多多嘅包裹，有次快遞員唔知點解一直打我電話，我就叫前台幫我講清楚地址，結果即刻解決，真係救急！」},{

I usually avoid male masseurs, but Bill’s technique was exceptional—he asked detailed questions about my body condition, used traditional Chinese medicine principles, and significantly eased my neck stiffness. The hotel itself has a beautiful Balinese-inspired design with a real sense of style. It directly overlooks Xiaodonghai Beach, so we could walk straight into the sea. The pool area is stunning and peaceful. Our ocean-view room had a private balcony with breathtaking views—this morning, I even caught a sunrise while heading to the bathroom (what luck!). Breakfast was more extensive than most reviews suggest—while not mind-blowing in flavor, everything was fresh and varied, definitely not bad at all.
