Nomah - Aptos Por Temporada No Brooklin
The apartment itself is great, but the support promised by the platform was completely nonexistent. I returned to the unit around 8 PM, only to find the door lock jammed—trapped outside with nothing but the clothes on my back. I stayed stranded for over 17 hours, until noon the next day, with no help or communication in between. Not only did I miss an entire workday, but I also had no access to my belongings and felt truly 'homeless' during that time. The staff finally showed up at 8 AM, but it wasn’t until 1 PM that they managed to open the door. This lack of urgency and basic assistance is unacceptable, especially from a service that claims to offer 24/7 support. It’s hard to recommend this place when such a critical situation was handled so poorly.
OYO Hotel Massimo Brooklin, Sao Paulo

The hotel truly fell short of expectations. It's quite old and clearly not well-maintained. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the stove in the room didn't work at all. Cleanliness in the rooms was subpar, the TV was small, and we could hear a lot of street noise from outside. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying here—our experience was far from satisfactory.
