I stayed at Wyndham São Paulo Berrini over the weekend of the Tempo de Mulher event, and I can’t say enough good things! Our group consisted of about 25 women attending the event, and we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional attention from the entire hotel team. From securing a special table for our group at breakfast to the flawless service during the evening happy hours—when we chose to stay in the hotel’s restaurant, tired but wanting to stay together—everything was handled with care and professionalism. I was lucky enough to be assigned to a newly renovated room: spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The cleanliness was outstanding, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and attentive. It was such a positive and welcoming experience overall. If you're looking for comfort, top-notch service, and a great location in São Paulo, this hotel is an excellent choice. I especially want to thank the team for making our group feel so valued and well taken care of.

Nomah - Aptos Por Temporada No Brooklin
The apartment itself is great, but the support promised by the platform was completely nonexistent. I returned to the unit around 8 PM, only to find the door lock jammed—trapped outside with nothing but the clothes on my back. I stayed stranded for over 17 hours, until noon the next day, with no help or communication in between. Not only did I miss an entire workday, but I also had no access to my belongings and felt truly 'homeless' during that time. The staff finally showed up at 8 AM, but it wasn’t until 1 PM that they managed to open the door. This lack of urgency and basic assistance is unacceptable, especially from a service that claims to offer 24/7 support. It’s hard to recommend this place when such a critical situation was handled so poorly.
