Compared to other Four Seasons properties I’ve visited, including one in Atlanta where the service felt more standard, this location stands out for its exceptional attention to detail and personal touch. It’s clear the team here goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. If you’re looking for a memorable stay that blends comfort, elegance, and genuine hospitality, this is the place. We stayed at this hotel as a family of five, booking two queen beds and one sofa bed—perfect for our needs. We also received a $25 voucher that could be used for coffee, soda, or snacks—such a nice touch! The only downside was the parking fee, which came in at around $60, but honestly, it’s comparable to other hotels in Washington D.C., and the location is unbeatable. Being just steps from Georgetown’s charming streets and close to public transit made getting around so easy. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and we’ll definitely be returning.

While water wasn’t automatically provided in the room, it was easy to get from the front desk—no hassle at all. There’s a mandatory $25 tax that can be redeemed at the Starbucks located right next to the hotel; just keep in mind that the $25 is already inclusive of tax when using it for purchases. One of the highlights was catching a glimpse of the U.S. Capitol Building just before government offices closed—definitely worth the timing! The bed was a bit on the softer side, making it feel like sinking into a pit if you’re used to firmer mattresses, so it might not suit everyone. However, cleanliness was excellent—the room was thoroughly cleaned and left spotless every time. With its central location near major attractions and great accessibility via public transit, this hotel offers solid value for travelers exploring Washington D.C. I’d definitely recommend it for those planning a short visit to the capital.
