The front desk staff are young, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations or local tips. One of the best features? Free luggage storage until 10 PM on check-out day—perfect for those who want to explore longer. Breakfast is available for an additional fee, but the self-check-in system is incredibly convenient, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I accidentally booked my stay in Valencia for one night too short—when I tried to rebook, the female-only dorms were already full and only mixed rooms were available. Even after hours, the concierge was on hand to help us out: we ordered pizza for dinner and wanted to eat on the terrace, so he kindly provided all the cutlery and plates, which were top quality and added to the perfect evening. The summer nights on the rooftop are magical—relaxing, romantic, and just right for unwinding under the stars. Everything about this stay was flawless, from comfort to service. A true gem in Valencia, and I’ll definitely be back.
