My Chinese charger worked perfectly right out of the box. Breakfast was fantastic—huge variety with both international and local options, fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. The location is unbeatable—just a short metro ride from major attractions, making it easy to explore the city without stress. I felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout my trip. This hotel delivered on every level, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.
