Had an amazing stay at Siente Tulum! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Tulum Ruins and the national park, with collectivo shuttles stopping right outside the property. That made getting around super easy and stress-free. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The food was fresh and well-prepared, though a bit more variety would’ve been nice—still, it’s a solid all-inclusive experience for the price. A couple of minor issues: our door (room 319) didn’t latch securely unless slammed shut, and we had a brief water pressure issue one night, but the team responded quickly and fixed it within 30 minutes. Despite those small hiccups, the overall vibe, comfort, and hospitality really shine through. This place has real potential, and I’d definitely come back again.

The welcome was exceptional, and the staff provided excellent information about the local area. The apartment was in superb condition with incredibly comfortable bedding—sleeping here was a true delight. The pool is right outside the door, and despite being so close to nature, it's remarkably quiet, far from the noisy beach clubs. The night staff went above and beyond when our flight was delayed, allowing us to check in as late as 2 AM. The manager even set an alarm to ensure we were woken up on time for check-in—such a thoughtful touch! It’s clear this hotel truly values guest comfort and convenience. Lobo Inn Tulum
I’m not usually one to give a one-star rating, but as someone who owns vacation rentals across four countries, I have high expectations. The property itself was clean and pleasant enough. However, what really stood out was how indifferent the owners seemed. There were absolutely no signs to guide guests—extremely hard to find. Once I finally located the place, nobody was available to check me in. It was sweltering outside, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes before someone showed up. To make matters worse, there was an unexpected $50 charge. I sent a screenshot of my Visa statement to the manager, only to get a reply saying, 'Our processor doesn’t show that fee.' But clearly, the hotel is listed as the payee, and two other charges are correctly reflected. How could this happen? I explained that disputing the charge would trigger Citibank to freeze my card and issue a replacement—but since I live in Mexico, it would take five weeks to get a new one. That’s a huge hassle. Thankfully, Citibank understood the situation and credited the $50 today. Still, this whole experience was a major time-waster for someone with a packed schedule. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay, this isn’t the place. You decide.

While breakfast isn’t provided, the highlight is definitely the lovely rooftop terrace and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes all the essentials for cooking your own meals. It’s a great option if you want to save money and enjoy a more local experience. Located just steps away from the heart of Tulum’s main attractions, it’s easy to explore on foot or by bike. Plus, free street parking is available right outside—huge plus for travelers with a car. This place feels like a true home away from home, and I’d happily come back again.
