This place is absolutely perfect for exploring Vienna! The apartment is spacious, well-designed, and spotlessly clean—definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in the city. Just a 5-minute walk to the train, tram, and underground stations, so getting into central Vienna or Donau Insel is super quick and easy. The host was incredibly responsive—any questions I had were answered right away. Plus, there are plenty of shops and local eateries nearby, making daily life super convenient. The location feels quiet yet connected, and the view from the window? Stunning. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Vienna—it’s a true gem!

I stayed at Vivo Aparthotel in Vienna for a few days due to work, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Located right along the Danube River, the hotel offers a peaceful yet convenient location—just a short subway ride from the city center, with plenty of local cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. The apartment-style room was spacious, well-equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable bedding, making it feel like home. I especially appreciated the excellent value for money—the quality and service far exceeded what I expected for the price. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is a great choice for a more authentic Viennese stay. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider returning on my next visit.

This was my final stay during a business trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is perfectly located—just steps away from both the tram and subway station, making it super easy to get around Vienna. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile with a smile. My room was spotless, quiet, and had excellent soundproofing—perfect for a good night’s sleep after long days at work. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, with fresh options that made it hard to choose. If you’re short on time, they even offer takeaway boxes—super convenient! There are several supermarkets right nearby, so grabbing snacks or essentials is effortless. Overall, this place offers fantastic value, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed here for two nights as my partner had a business trip in Vienna. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and both lunch and dinner were exceptional—fresh ingredients, great flavors, and generous portions. On our check-out day, we had some time to explore the area, so we left our luggage at the front desk with no issues. The hotel’s warm atmosphere, combined with its thoughtful service, made our stay truly memorable. It’s not just a place to sleep—it feels like home. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

The Suitehotel Kahlenberg in Vienna offered a disappointing experience overall. While the Executive Suite is spacious, the actual condition fell far short of expectations. There wasn’t even a single glass in the room—despite multiple requests, none were ever provided. Two safes in the room were non-functional: one wouldn’t open, and the other stayed unlocked despite attempts to secure it. Leftover cookie packages from a previous guest were found in the drawer—an awkward surprise. The furnishings felt cheap and worn out, and the TV was outdated, clearly not HD-capable. The double bed was tucked into a recess against the wall, making it difficult for one person to get up without hitting the wall. What really stood out was the early morning cleaning call at 7:30 AM—so early that we barely registered it while half-asleep. As a result, the room wasn’t cleaned again during our stay. Cleanliness was inconsistent: dust and crumbs lingered in corners and under the bed. The terrace was poorly maintained—paper scraps littered the ground, the ashtray hadn’t been emptied, and cigarette butts had turned soggy after rain. Breakfast at the adjacent café felt more like a canteen meal than a hotel offering—long lines, rushed service, and uninspiring food (see photo). On day two (Sunday), we were told we’d be served brunch at 11 AM, even though we never requested it. After some back-and-forth, we were finally allowed to have the regular breakfast again. At €498 for two nights, the value-for-money ratio was simply inadequate. In short, this hotel won’t make it onto my list of recommended stays for friends or family. For the record, the terrace below the ballroom could really use a good clean—and maybe a little weeding between the concrete slabs.
