Staying at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Miami cruise port and surrounded by breathtaking bay views that seem to stretch forever. The hotel’s signature MO elegance shines through every detail, from the design to the impeccable service. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One small disappointment? We didn’t get our hands on the iconic Miami fan souvenir—still bummed about that! But overall, this stay was pure luxury and well worth every penny. Would return in a heartbeat.

The stay was excellent overall—clean apartment, top-notch amenities, and comfort that truly exceeded expectations. The staff was prompt and attentive, making the experience seamless. The only downside was the washing machine and stove not working properly, which left us a bit stranded for laundry and cooking. However, we managed to work around it without too much hassle. Despite that small issue, the overall quality of the hotel made it a fantastic choice, and I’d definitely book again.

While nothing’s flawless, this hotel easily stands out among all the others I’ve stayed in Brickell. My only issue was being assigned a king-size bed instead of the twin beds I booked—no explanation given, which was a bit frustrating. I’ve already reached out to the platform to sort it out, and while the refund process took longer than expected, the overall experience still exceeded my expectations. For travelers looking for comfort, location, and value, this is a solid choice.

The fruit selection was impressive—fresh, colorful, and abundant. Drinks ranged from juices to specialty coffees, offering something for everyone. Big thanks to my colleague for not pushing me to hit the gym this time—much appreciated! Conveniently located near the airport with easy access via public transit, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely planning to return.

The location is unbeatable—just a 1-2 minute walk to the metro station, making it super easy to get around town and explore all the top attractions without needing a car. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a private balcony perfect for relaxing or enjoying morning coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast—it’s simple but fresh and satisfying. The kitchenette is a real plus: small but fully functional with a microwave, fridge, and sink, so I could cook quick meals instead of eating out every day. It’s ideal for travelers who want convenience, comfort, and a bit of independence. Overall, this place offers incredible value and a great base for exploring Miami.
Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell
The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided each day. We stayed near the gym and pool area, which meant some noise at times—especially during peak hours—but having a balcony helped. Unfortunately, the view from it was completely blocked, and the room itself felt quite dark; more lighting fixtures would have been welcome. The large TV is smart, but unfortunately doesn’t connect to personal devices—bring your own HDMI cable if you plan to stream content. The pool and gym are actually bigger than the photos suggest. Quiet in the mornings, but busier from midday onward. There aren’t many lounge chairs, but the pool area and water were clean, and complimentary towels were available—though they ran out during busy periods. The gym has limited equipment: just a couple of treadmills and some weights, one of which was broken, but staff provided gym towels and the space still felt new and tidy. Front desk staff were consistently helpful and always on hand—even late at night when we asked for replacements for toilet paper and towels, which were promptly taken care of. Location-wise, it’s incredibly central. Everything in Brickell City Centre—from cafes to restaurants—is within walking distance, and the nearby metro station makes getting around Miami easy. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe, especially as two women traveling alone. The 24th-floor bar offers stunning views and a great vibe—perfect for working or unwinding. Though technically part of another hotel, the staff were welcoming and happy to let us visit. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo was fantastic. Great value for money, excellent service, and highly recommended.

My first trip to Miami was made even better by staying at the Moxy Hotel in Wynwood! The place has this awesome, fresh vibe that instantly made me feel at home. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, always with a smile. It's perfectly located—right in the heart of an artsy neighborhood packed with cool murals, amazing local eats, and buzzing nightlife. I walked everywhere and never felt far from something fun. Definitely planning a return visit soon!
