The staff showed zero respect from the beginning. We were scheduled to meet at 2:30 PM, but had to wait over an hour with luggage—reception finally appeared at 3:00 PM. At that point, we were already rushing for a major event, so every minute counted. Their lack of punctuality was infuriating. The access system was also confusing—security staff kept mixing up guest lists, forcing us to waste time clarifying details. The apartment’s technical condition was poor: one floor-standing air conditioner was broken, its leg snapped, making temperature control impossible on the 57th floor. Despite repeated complaints, staff only gave empty promises and ignored the issue for hours.
