Just an 8-minute walk to Santafé Mall (with an underground grocery store), everything we needed was within reach. The fully stocked fridge and bar with paid items were super convenient for late-night snacks or drinks. Breakfast was a highlight — a generous buffet featuring fresh fruits, hot soups, and a wide variety of options. Staff at breakfast and evening bar were attentive and friendly. Special shout-out to Tatiana and Andres, and also to a chef or kitchen team member who kindly checked in on us while we were just browsing — such a small gesture but truly memorable. While I did notice there weren’t any disposable toiletries provided (especially no disposable slippers), it’s a small trade-off considering how well-maintained the place is and how great the overall experience was.
