This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say the location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Wangfujing shopping district, everything you could want—restaurants, boutiques, local snacks—is just a short walk away. It’s only a few minutes’ stroll to Tiananmen Square, and getting to other attractions via subway is super convenient. The room layout is smart and spacious, with comfortable bedding and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. The overall atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, making it an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers. Plus, it’s close to my office, saving me valuable time on the commute. Excellent value for money—I’d definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.
Beijing Tiananmen Square Manxin Hotel
We booked two rooms at Beijing Tiananmen Square Manxin Hotel—one on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th. The 4th-floor room is a bit smaller, but still comfortable and well-maintained. What stood out was the daily complimentary fruit and drinks delivered to our room—such a nice touch that made the stay feel more personal and thoughtful. Breakfast isn’t included in the rate, but we signed up for the membership program, and for four people over two days, the total cost for breakfast came to under 300 RMB—about 50-60 per person per meal, which is much cheaper than the regular 68 RMB per head. When factoring in both room and breakfast, the daily cost per person is just under 700 RMB, which is actually quite reasonable considering the location and service level. The hotel is literally 30 meters from the subway station, making it super easy to get around the city—whether heading to the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, or other major attractions. There’s also a stroller rental service right outside the Forbidden City entrance, perfect for families with young kids. We appreciated how convenient and family-friendly everything was. Overall, this was an excellent experience—the location, staff, and little extras like the snacks really make a difference. Definitely planning to come back if we visit Beijing again.
Xana Hotelle Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square Qianmen Pedestrian Street)
Staying at Xana Hotel near Tiananmen Square and Qianmen Pedestrian Street was an absolute delight. The hotel feels brand new—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a quiet elegance. Check-in was quick and smooth thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk staff, especially Xiao X, who made us feel welcome right away. The room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is well-designed with a clear dry/wet separation, and all toiletries were neatly stocked—no need to bring your own. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk to major landmarks like Tiananmen Square and Qianmen, yet surrounded by peaceful streets. It's perfectly balanced between convenience and tranquility. Every little detail shows care—from the lighting to the minibar selection. For the price, the value is outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next business trip to Beijing. Highly recommended!
