We booked two rooms at Beijing Tiananmen Square Manxin Hotel—one on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th. The 4th-floor room is a bit smaller, but still comfortable and well-maintained. What stood out was the daily complimentary fruit and drinks delivered to our room—such a nice touch that made the stay feel more personal and thoughtful. Breakfast isn’t included in the rate, but we signed up for the membership program, and for four people over two days, the total cost for breakfast came to under 300 RMB—about 50-60 per person per meal, which is much cheaper than the regular 68 RMB per head. When factoring in both room and breakfast, the daily cost per person is just under 700 RMB, which is actually quite reasonable considering the location and service level.
