Staying at this First Floor Vista Cay Condo was a major disappointment. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaky, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep—we ended up cutting our trip short just to escape the discomfort. The unit also showed signs of neglect: peeling paint on the walls and bathrooms that didn’t meet basic standards for a commercial property. When we reached out to the platform about the bed issue, we were told they weren’t responsible. After checking out early, we asked for a partial refund or discount for the unused days, but were denied without explanation. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations—poor quality, lack of support, and no goodwill from the management. Definitely not worth the price.

Right next to the hotel is a McDonald’s, and even better, the lobby is adjacent to a 24-hour IHOP, which came in super handy when I arrived late at night. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering great value for the price. If you're visiting Orlando for business or events, this place is a top pick. I’d definitely stay here again.

What stood out was the senior discount—25% off for guests 60 and over—something that should definitely be adopted in other countries too! The location is super convenient, just a short ride from major attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios. Everything about this stay was top-notch, and we’ll definitely be returning.

I understand hotels have their own policies, but clear communication upfront—especially about additional fees like deposits—would go a long way in improving guest trust and satisfaction. Hopefully, future bookings will include such details clearly so travelers aren’t caught off guard.

I stayed at HomeTowne Studios Orlando South a few times, and overall the experience wasn't great. The biggest issue was the lack of housekeeping—no cleaning was done during consecutive stays, and you could only get fresh towels from the front desk. While the bedding was clean, the floors were extremely dirty. I could barely walk barefoot without getting my socks stained with grime. Also, every check-in required a $100 deposit, which couldn’t be paid in cash—only by credit card. This made things inconvenient for travelers who prefer to carry less cash or don’t have access to cards. The location is decent, but cleanliness and service quality really need improvement. Not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
