I've stayed here multiple times and keep coming back—this place has become my go-to in Hanoi. The location is fantastic, just a short metro ride from the city center, and it's quiet yet convenient with everything nearby. The studio apartment is thoughtfully designed: compact but functional, with a lovely balcony overlooking West Lake—perfect for morning coffee with a view. The host is incredibly warm and responsive; they go out of their way to help, even offering luggage storage without being asked. The complimentary afternoon tea service is a real highlight—fresh pastries, great tea selection, and such a nice touch. Cleanliness is top-notch every time I visit, and all amenities are well-maintained and fully equipped, including kitchen essentials for self-catering. It feels like home, not just a rental. If you're looking for comfort, local charm, and genuine hospitality without the hassle, this is definitely worth booking again and again.

The location is decent with nearby restaurants and convenience stores, and the surrounding area is fairly quiet. However, the hotel isn’t very welcoming for Chinese guests—no slippers provided, no bottled water available, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. The air conditioning system was also a major issue, struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature. Overall, the lack of basic amenities made the stay frustrating. It’s definitely something the property should address, especially for travelers from China who expect these essentials.

Staying at Westlake Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional—especially one lady who greeted us with a warm smile and made the whole stay feel special. The hotel is perfectly located near the city center, just a short metro ride away, and surrounded by great local eateries and vibrant night markets. I loved taking evening strolls around the area. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was super comfortable—great for a good night’s sleep. With such excellent service, convenience, and value, I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Staying at TITANIC 2 Hotel in Hanoi was a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable atmosphere that truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, with modern furnishings and excellent air conditioning—perfect for the tropical climate. What stood out most was the great value for money; the price was very reasonable considering the quality and location. Being just a short walk from public transit made exploring the city a breeze. I could easily reach popular attractions, local markets, and restaurants without hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Overall, this hotel delivered on every front—cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and affordability. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and will surely stay here again.

I was truly impressed by this place—price-wise, it's unbeatable, and the cleanliness is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail that made a big difference. The bed was incredibly cozy, so I slept like a baby. Location-wise, it’s perfect—just a short metro ride from the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions and great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. It’s rare to find such value and quality in one package. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

I stayed at Tony House Hostel Ho Tay in Hanoi and was really impressed with the view—overlooking the lake, it’s peaceful and scenic, especially during the day when you can see the trees swaying by the water. However, the room itself is quite basic: no TV, weak hot water, and the heating doesn’t work well—felt chilly, especially at night. That said, for a budget-friendly option, it’s still a solid pick if you’re traveling solo or on a backpacker budget. The location is convenient, just a short metro ride to the city center. It’s not luxury, but it offers a genuine local vibe and great value. If you're looking for simplicity over comfort and don’t mind roughing it a bit, this place could be a good fit.

Terrible experience—this hotel doesn’t actually exist. When I arrived, I couldn’t reach them at all. I called multiple times, and they claimed the room wasn’t listed on the platform. I’ve used this app many times before, but this was by far the worst stay ever. I paid in advance, but ended up with no room and lost my money. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be misled like this. The platform needs better verification for listings to prevent guests from falling victim to scams.

Staying at Luxe Paradise Residence Nhat Chieu was a pleasant surprise. Nestled in a quiet alley, the property is easy to access with a working elevator and excellent air conditioning that keeps the room comfortably cool. The moment you open the door, you're greeted by a serene view of West Lake—peaceful and picturesque. The room itself is spacious, featuring a small balcony where the washing machine is conveniently placed. Kitchen amenities include two induction cooktops, a fridge, and a full set of utensils—perfect for self-catering. The only minor hiccup was arriving at 2 PM for check-in; the front desk staff was seven minutes late, and the main gate was locked. There were already several guests waiting outside, including one who had been calling for someone to open the door, and a few motorbike riders were stuck too. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t speak English, which made communication tricky. Despite this, the overall experience was positive—the location is peaceful yet close to everything, and the value for money is great. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-equipped stay with a local vibe and easy access to downtown, this place is definitely worth considering.

This stay was absolutely terrible. The room had clearly not been cleaned at all—dust on the surfaces, dirty carpets, and even hair in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the platform left what looked like a mop-like towel hanging on the balcony for us to use. The host was completely unprofessional and inexperienced; when I expressed dissatisfaction, they told me to just call someone myself. That’s not how hospitality works. I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst. Not only is it unclean, but the lack of basic care and communication makes it unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

Staying at Muse Hanoi Luxury Apartment - d'Eldorado was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambiance is truly exceptional—elegant, peaceful, and filled with artistic charm that makes you feel like you're in a curated gallery rather than just a hotel. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly cozy, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after exploring the city. What really stood out was the service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Staff went above and beyond to assist with everything, from luggage handling to local recommendations. The location is excellent too—just a short walk to metro access and surrounded by great dining options and convenience stores. It's rare to find such a high level of comfort, style, and hospitality in one place. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Hanoi.

Staying at PentStudio West Lake Hanoi was an absolute highlight of my trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect—nestled right by the lake, it's incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it a true retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. I woke up every morning to birdsong and fresh air, which made the experience so refreshing. Just a short walk away, there’s a large shopping mall and a supermarket, so all essentials were within reach without needing to go far. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained—clean bed linens, modern bathroom fixtures, and thoughtful touches like quality toiletries. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service; they were always ready to help and made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find such a great balance between comfort, convenience, and hospitality. If you’re looking for a serene, well-located stay in Hanoi with excellent value, this place is absolutely worth booking.

Staying in this two-bedroom apartment was a perfect experience. Located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Hanoi, the area is quiet, green, and offers lovely views of the lake. I loved being close to local eateries, Bia Hoi stalls, and cozy cafes—great for soaking in the authentic Hanoi vibe. The apartment itself felt like a real Vietnamese home, comfortably furnished with everything I needed. The laundry facilities worked flawlessly, and the staff were incredibly responsive to any request. From check-in to checkout, everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to find such a well-located, peaceful, and thoughtfully equipped place. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a true local feel.
