Just cross the street and you're right at West Lake—serene, peaceful, and perfect for a morning stroll or sunset view. It's also around 30 minutes from the airport, making it convenient for travelers flying in or out. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming—they helped with luggage and even opened the car door, which made a big difference. One tip: try to head down for breakfast around 6:30 AM because when I arrived at 6:17, they weren’t quite ready yet. The room itself was spacious, especially nice for solo travelers like me. I stayed on the second floor, and my window had a direct view of a nearby restaurant—great people-watching while sipping coffee. Best of all? Stepping outside, the lake is just there, waiting for you. Overall, this place offers comfort, convenience, and charm—excellent value and a truly relaxing stay. Definitely coming back.

This stay was absolutely terrible. The room had clearly not been cleaned at all—dust on the surfaces, dirty carpets, and even hair in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the platform left what looked like a mop-like towel hanging on the balcony for us to use. The host was completely unprofessional and inexperienced; when I expressed dissatisfaction, they told me to just call someone myself. That’s not how hospitality works. I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst. Not only is it unclean, but the lack of basic care and communication makes it unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
