We reported this to staff multiple times, but no action was taken to resolve the issue. Given the conditions, it's hard to believe this is a functioning hotel. While the location near Idgah Railway Station makes it convenient for getting around Agra, especially for visiting the Taj Mahal, the overall quality of the stay was disappointing. Staff service was minimal, and the room upkeep left much to be desired. For the price, I expected better value and hygiene standards. Would not recommend unless you're looking for a budget option with very limited comfort.
