Bras Palace Hotel
I highly recommend the Bras Palace Hotel! The value for money is outstanding, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from major attractions and public transit. We stayed at Hotel Biz right after arriving from an international flight into Guarulhos Airport. While it's not right next to the airport, it's just a quick and easy trip away—either by taxi or public transit—and the hotel is easy to find. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and everything inside was spotless and well-organized. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. For the price, it’s a great value—affordable yet reliable. I’d definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, clean, and convenient base after a long flight. It’s a solid choice for travelers in São Paulo.

I chose this property specifically because of its proximity to Expo Center Norte, where I was attending an event—being just a short walk away made everything so convenient. On check-in day, my room was already ready, allowing me to check in early without any hassle. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re visiting the area for business or events, and I’d definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel—really exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with our room details: my booking showed a double bed, but the hotel document listed twin beds. Thankfully, they quickly arranged a new room for us—spotless, well-organized, and comfortably furnished. The bathroom came with an exhaust fan and hairdryer, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, and it was fantastic—plenty of options including fresh bread, cold cuts, fruits, pastries, cookies, juices, milk, and coffee. Everything tasted great and we were very satisfied. The only minor issue was that the windows had small gaps, so street noise could come through during the day. However, once it got later, the city quieted down significantly, so it wasn’t a real problem. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—there are bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops just steps away. It’s also super convenient for getting around town via metro. Overall, a great stay with excellent value, and I’d definitely book again.

Absolutely perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel is located in a vibrant area of São Paulo, just a short walk from metro stations and surrounded by great local eateries. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. For the price, this place offers incredible value. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brás—it’s a true gem!

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly, making it a decent choice for a budget stay. However, some amenities were worn out—both bedside lights in my room didn’t work, and the hairdryer was broken. That said, they replaced it with a new one promptly, which was a nice touch. On the final night, the air conditioner remote stopped working entirely, leaving us unable to sleep comfortably. We couldn’t reach the front desk despite trying multiple times, which was frustrating. If you're visiting on a weekend, especially from Sunday to Monday, be aware: the hotel gets overrun by street vendors who make loud noise, laugh loudly, constantly come and go, and use the hallways as makeshift shopping corridors. This seriously disrupts the peace and quiet of your stay. Overall, the hotel has solid basics and good service, but maintenance and guest management need improvement.

I've stayed at Hotel Family multiple times, and it consistently delivers great value. While prices have gone up recently, the quality of the room, cleanliness, and friendly staff remain impressive. The location is excellent—just a short metro ride to downtown São Paulo, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Even with the price increase, the overall experience still feels worth it, especially for families looking for a comfortable, reliable stay.
Hippus Motel (Adult Only)
I was really disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room had a damp spot on the sheets, and the blanket smelled strongly of smoke—definitely not clean or comfortable. I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper because there wasn’t any in the room, which is unacceptable for a basic hotel. When I asked about breakfast, I was told it was only available until 10 a.m., even though my booking clearly included breakfast. No warning was given beforehand, and I ended up missing it. The staff’s service was unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially since it’s not even close to being worth the price. If you're visiting São Paulo, there are definitely better options with proper cleanliness, communication, and hospitality.
Hotel Mega Polo
The hotel is excellent overall, with incredibly courteous staff who go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The only minor inconvenience is if you need to check out early (before 5 PM) with a lot of luggage—since the main hotel gate closes at that time, you’ll have to carry your bags through the mall and wait briefly outside, which can be a bit tricky with heavy suitcases. That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a great stay. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back.

The hotel completely met my expectations and delivered a wonderful stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to ensure a great experience. Breakfast was simple but delicious—especially the cheese bread and homemade cakes, which were a real highlight. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a mini-fridge in the room for added convenience. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money, is well-located, and I’d happily return. Highly recommended!
