The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I noticed there were no toothbrushes provided—had to bring my own. One minor issue: the shower faucet only delivers hot water when turned slightly; even on maximum, it’s just lukewarm. That said, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and they happily stored our luggage. When we returned around 1:00 PM, our bags were already in the room and ready for check-in—no waiting, no hassle. Daily housekeeping was thorough, including trash removal and fresh water bottles left each day. On the ground floor, there’s a laundry room with washing machines (40 THB) and dryers (10 THB for 10 minutes), plus a small gym, a quiet pool, and a lovely courtyard perfect for unwinding. It’s such a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, great service, and a fantastic location—highly recommend for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
