The only minor downside was that parking was a bit far—about a 7-minute walk from the hotel—but it didn’t detract from the experience at all. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to public transit for exploring downtown Athens. The beds were incredibly comfortable and generously sized — similar to a US King, offering excellent sleep quality. Having a full-sized mini-kitchen was a game-changer for our multi-day trip, allowing us to prepare meals and save on dining out. The rooftop terrace offered stunning panoramic views of Athens, though the bar wasn’t open yet for the season. Still, the atmosphere and setting were unforgettable. This hotel truly stands out for its charm, comfort, and attention to detail. I’d absolutely return here on any future visit to Athens — it’s a gem worth revisiting.

Outside, lush gardens add to the serene atmosphere, and don’t miss the rooftop view at night—it’s pure magic. Inside, the apartment is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, pancake maker, kettle, plus all the cutlery, dishes, and condiments you’d need. We ordered food from nearby restaurants and warmed it up easily—so convenient! The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Just a quick note: best to contact them via WhatsApp—it’s the fastest way to get a reply. This place offers incredible value and unforgettable vibes. I’ll definitely be back!

After booking, I received the Wi-Fi password (speed around 35 Mb/s—great for streaming) and clear instructions for entry. One tip: you’ll need internet to set up the digital door key, so it’s best to do this before arrival. If you forget, like me, just hold your phone against the door frame—you can often catch the apartment’s Wi-Fi signal long enough to get it done. Everything ran smoothly with no hiccups. No negatives at all. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free, enjoyable stay in Athens.
