Occasionally, cheeky monkeys would wander by too, adding a touch of wild charm. This was an absolutely disappointing stay. The rooms and reception area had a very unpleasant odor, and there was no air conditioning at all—making it unbearable during the hot weather. The staff were extremely unfriendly and uncooperative when we asked for assistance. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and completely unprofessional, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. I can't recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay. It's clear that major improvements are needed in both cleanliness and customer service.
