On checkout day, the owner personally saw us off to our ride and handed us a sweet little souvenir. It’s these small but meaningful gestures that make all the difference. While breakfast isn't included, there's a nearby noodle shop just steps away that serves some of the best local noodles I've had in Suzhou—worth every bite. The staff truly stood out: I had to modify my booking four times due to schedule changes, and they handled everything with incredible patience. They even sent photos to show room details and helped carry my luggage when checking out—so thoughtful! The bedding was comfortable, the hot water was strong and warm (I couldn’t stop soaking!), and the air conditioning kept things cozy during cooler evenings. The only minor note is that the ground-floor rooms are slightly dimmer; if possible, opt for a second-floor room with better natural light. Overall, this place offers great value, excellent service, and a peaceful stay—highly recommend!
