The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the metro station, and you’re literally one minute away from the historic Pingjiang Road, where the charm of old Suzhou comes alive. The hotel itself has such a refined atmosphere—so elegant and full of character, making it easy to capture beautiful photos right on the premises. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They even surprised us with breakfast vouchers for our child—a thoughtful touch that made the stay extra special. At check-out, the front desk agent, Ms. Wang, went above and beyond by asking if we were satisfied and handed us a small gift as a farewell token. It felt so personal and heartfelt. This trip wasn’t just about sightseeing—it felt like coming home. We left feeling truly cared for, and we’ll definitely return next time we visit Suzhou.
