I arrived late on Saturday night—close to 11 PM—after visiting a hospital to see family. I noticed the bathroom fan in my room was unusually loud, and since I often returned from the hospital late at night, I was really concerned about disturbing neighboring guests. I couldn’t even use my hairdryer without feeling guilty. I mentioned it briefly to the front desk staff, who were very friendly and professional. As soon as I headed back upstairs, less than five minutes later, a staff member came up with a brand-new fan, politely knocked on my door, and replaced the noisy one right away. The prompt response and genuine care truly stood out. Also, the housekeeping staff on the fifth floor—our lovely cleaning lady—was always cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. Her kindness made a big difference. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest comfort and listens to feedback. It’s rare to find such attentive service, especially so late at night. For the price, the experience is outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning.

Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. The pool area is fantastic: clean water, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim—ideal for someone who enjoys swimming. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
