After settling in, they surprised me with a complimentary fruit tray. I casually mentioned how nice the tangerines were, and within minutes, they brought out a whole large bowl! It was such a thoughtful touch—completely unexpected but deeply appreciated. This level of personalized service really sets the hotel apart. We stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou during the New Year holiday, choosing this long-established five-star hotel for its reputation and family appeal—my parents especially loved it. This year marks the hotel’s 40th anniversary, and the rich history, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a metro station, which was great even if we didn’t use it daily. The garden area is peaceful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the complimentary guided tour. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. Breakfast options were excellent too: three different venues across the ground floor, the 30th-floor revolving restaurant, and the Yuan Tao Hall. We stayed three nights and managed to try all three. Plus, the platform voucher included afternoon tea and happy hour—such an amazing value-add. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended.

This hotel is incredibly convenient—right above the Tiyu Xi Road Metro Station, making it super easy to get to the high-speed rail station or airport. When it comes to dining, shopping, and entertainment, you can’t beat the location: Tianhe City, TIANHuan, and Zhengjia are literally just steps away. Despite being around for years, the hotel doesn’t feel outdated at all—the rooms and public areas are well-maintained and fresh. The staff are attentive and genuinely helpful, going the extra mile without being pushy. Breakfast is a highlight—wide variety, excellent quality, and great value for money. If I ever return to Guangzhou, this will be my top choice again. Highly recommend!

My birthday celebration setup was thoughtful and beautifully done—perfect ambiance, and the cake was absolutely delicious, just the right sweetness. The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner were exceptional: fresh ingredients, elegant presentation, and the evening drinks were unlimited, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the menu was varied and the food tasted great—though I missed trying the dan dan noodles this time (will definitely go back for that!). When checking out, I requested a late checkout, and although they could only accommodate a short extension due to high occupancy, they made every effort to help. Overall, the experience was outstanding—from service to amenities, every detail felt special. This is luxury done right, and I’d happily return again.

We even received a cute little bear as a welcome gift, which brought a smile to our faces. Breakfast offered a great variety: the congee with century egg and lean pork stood out as a unique local highlight, though I’d have loved to see some Cantonese cheong fun on the menu. Freshly squeezed juice, smoked salmon, and the flavorful chicken broth base at the noodle station were all excellent—but adding more types of dumplings and soup variations would be a nice upgrade. Dinner at the Executive Lounge was a real treat: dining high above the city with panoramic views of Canton Tower lit up at night felt unforgettable. It was romantic, delicious, and perfectly captured the essence of a memorable getaway. This place truly delivers exceptional value and experience—I’ll definitely be back.

The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. My stay at Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun was truly exceptional, especially the Executive Lounge experience. The light snacks and beverages were outstanding—far beyond my expectations and definitely among the top tier of five-star hotels in Guangzhou. The pool area is fantastic: clean water, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim—ideal for someone who enjoys swimming. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
