Staying at LansHotel in Futian, Shenzhen was a really positive experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Lianhua West Metro Station, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a large vanity and desk, plus super comfortable bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. The layout felt smart and practical, and the staff were professional and attentive throughout our stay. One small downside was that my room faced directly onto an air conditioning unit outside, which created some noticeable noise at night. However, the front desk team and even a neighboring guest went out of their way to help resolve it—though unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so no room changes were possible. That said, their effort was truly appreciated. I’d love to see the hotel look into improving this issue, especially if it’s a common problem across rooms. If not for the noise, this would’ve been a perfect stay. Overall, highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and good value.

Communication with the property team was prompt and friendly—every question got answered quickly. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with a lovely little park just downstairs where my daughter played happily and made new friends. GreenTree Alliance Hotel (Shenzhen North Station)

We arrived in the morning and planned to just drop off our luggage and head out for the day, coming back later to check in. But she checked availability and kindly offered us early check-in since a room was free. That was such a thoughtful touch! The room itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, making it perfect for a good night's rest. The only minor downside is that the room doesn’t have windows, but honestly, everything else more than makes up for it. Cleanliness, amenities, location—all top-notch. If you're visiting Shenzhen, this is definitely a great choice with excellent value.
