From booking to check-in, throughout my stay, and even after checkout, staff kept in touch with warm, personal attention. The front desk attendant who helped me check in gave me a little gift—and guess what? He was still on duty when I checked out! He remembered I needed a ride to fix my phone earlier, and he actually arranged it for me. That kind of follow-through really stands out. My room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable—I seriously considered buying the same set online. Breakfast remains a highlight: I still love their beef noodle soup. I’d originally planned to book an early morning airport transfer, but with the chilly weather, I decided to let my driver sleep in and just hopped in a taxi to head straight to Hong Kong. Left in a rush, so I didn’t get many photos of the hotel’s exterior—but the experience was flawless. But lately, I couldn’t find it online, and with my limited tech skills, I was really frustrated. Without hesitation, she searched online for me, even called the hotel directly to confirm—turns out the name had changed! It was exactly the place I’d been trying to locate all along. What truly touched me was what came next: she not only helped me book the correct accommodation but also covered the deposit fee on my behalf. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky.
