The hotel went above and beyond by providing a cozy bed, bowl, and even a designated potty area for our furry friend. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip so much more enjoyable. The front desk staff, Jasmine, was incredibly friendly and efficient—her warm welcome made a big difference. Located just steps away from Beijing Road, the hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the action. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are all within walking distance. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
