Kempinski Residences Guangzhou

This was my second stay at Kempinski Residences Guangzhou, and I was thrilled to run into Justin again at the front desk—his friendly demeanor and excellent service made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered every question with care. The room itself is spacious and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable feel. The housekeeping staff were also exceptionally polite and professional—always smiling and respectful during their rounds. One thing to note: breakfast seating fills up quickly, and by 9 AM, there’s already a line forming. It would be great if the restaurant could extend breakfast hours during peak times. On the parking side, while the system prompts you to notify the front desk before exiting, both times I left, there was no staff present at the gate. I had to walk back to the front desk, where I was asked for my room number and name again, then waited while they verified my details. This process felt unnecessarily time-consuming, especially since many other hotels allow self-service exits via QR code or license plate recognition. A simple upgrade to the exit system would significantly improve guest experience and efficiency. Overall, a fantastic stay—just a few small improvements needed.

My stay at Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun was truly exceptional, especially the Executive Lounge experience. The pool area is fantastic: clean water, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim—ideal for someone who enjoys swimming. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
