Staying at The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas & Spa in Cancun was an absolute delight. The property is spacious and feels like a true resort experience—perfect for families. I've stayed at other Westin properties in Cancun, and while each has its own charm, this one stands out for its convenient location directly across from a shopping center. That meant easy access to everything from souvenirs to snacks without having to travel far, which was a huge plus with kids in tow. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special—especially the little touches for the children. It's a fantastic balance of luxury, convenience, and family-friendly service. Definitely worth returning to.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. While the sauna requires booking a day in advance (and slots fill up fast), other amenities like the pool and beach access were excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The only minor downside is the absence of a bathtub, but honestly, that didn’t bother me much. Overall, it’s a well-designed resort with top-notch service and convenience—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
