Location-wise, it's perfect—within walking distance to major sights and just a short stroll from the metro station, making exploring Lisbon effortless. On checkout day, they even arranged a taxi for us in the rain, and staff walked us to the car holding an umbrella—such a thoughtful gesture. Even though it wasn’t breakfast time yet, they had already asked the night before if we wanted breakfast and pre-packed a box for us—featuring delicious ham and a flaky, sweet egg tart that stood out among all the other meals I tried. We stayed for four nights and absolutely loved it! The room came with fresh fruit, milk, eggs, coffee, and tea—such a thoughtful welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, making self-catering super convenient. Initially, we were assigned a room with a glass-enclosed toilet and bathtub, which wasn’t quite our style, so we requested a change the next day. They moved us to a ground-floor room with a regular bathroom—quick and hassle-free. Everything else was perfect: clean, quiet, well-located near the metro, and great value for money. Would definitely book again if ever in Lisbon!

The hotel is perfectly located near a wide variety of restaurants, and I highly recommend trying Cardo Restaurant for authentic Portuguese flavors and drinks—excellent food and top-notch service. Just a 5-minute walk to Parque Metro Station (Blue Line), which connects to major attractions and other transit lines, making exploration around Lisbon super convenient. It’s also less than 5 minutes to the Pink Line if you’re heading to the airport—very practical. Thanks to the platform for offering such a great selection of accommodations; it made my Lisbon trip memorable and stress-free.

The service here was absolutely outstanding—special shoutout to Lilia and Fatima at reception. Lilia, in particular, went above and beyond when we accidentally locked our car keys in the trunk while parked in the hotel’s garage (we rented the car in Spain, so this was a real panic moment!). We were completely stuck until Lilia stepped in, calmly coordinating roadside assistance and guiding us through every step. Her kindness and dedication made all the difference. The apartment itself is fantastic—modern, well-equipped kitchen, and the terrace view is unbeatable. Sipping a drink out there under the stars? Pure bliss. Free parking is such a bonus, especially with convenient supermarkets just steps away for grocery runs. And the breakfast buffet? Rich in variety, fresh, and delicious. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
