Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options ranging from local Portuguese treats to classic continental fare. I started each day energized and satisfied. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions and requires a short metro ride to reach them, but everything else more than makes up for it. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing—perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. Large windows let in plenty of natural sunlight, which really brightened up the space and made the whole atmosphere feel warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money was outstanding. Even though you need to take the metro to explore the city, I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

We stayed for four nights and absolutely loved it! The room came with fresh fruit, milk, eggs, coffee, and tea—such a thoughtful welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, making self-catering super convenient. Initially, we were assigned a room with a glass-enclosed toilet and bathtub, which wasn’t quite our style, so we requested a change the next day. They moved us to a ground-floor room with a regular bathroom—quick and hassle-free. Everything else was perfect: clean, quiet, well-located near the metro, and great value for money. Would definitely book again if ever in Lisbon!

My stay at Turim Europa Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The warm welcome began with the bell staff, and the front desk team—especially Clara and her colleagues—went above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service. The bar staff and housekeeping crew were equally professional and courteous. The hotel is perfectly located near a wide variety of restaurants, and I highly recommend trying Cardo Restaurant for authentic Portuguese flavors and drinks—excellent food and top-notch service. Just a 5-minute walk to Parque Metro Station (Blue Line), which connects to major attractions and other transit lines, making exploration around Lisbon super convenient. It’s also less than 5 minutes to the Pink Line if you’re heading to the airport—very practical. Thanks to the platform for offering such a great selection of accommodations; it made my Lisbon trip memorable and stress-free.
