Over the two days, even with only one person on reception, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s clear this is a boutique-style hotel where personal touch matters. Signs were in Thai, Chinese, and English, which helped ease navigation. I also noticed several solo female travelers around, which reassured me about the safety and comfort of the area. The price was excellent for what you get—especially since it was a last-minute booking. We were pleasantly surprised by how relaxing and enjoyable our stay turned out to be.
