Free bottled water was provided every day, which was a nice touch. During National Day, staying here with three friends near Pazhou was one of the best value choices we’ve made. Located just a short walk from Metro Line 8 Mo Di Sha Station (Exit B), simply go through the turnstiles, turn left twice, then head up to the 9th floor of Pazhou Apartments—super easy to find and incredibly convenient for visiting the exhibition center.

The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with fast internet, perfect for gaming or working remotely. With its prime location, top-notch service, and great value, this place stands out. I’d definitely recommend it and will be coming back next time I visit Guangzhou.

Located just steps from Modiesha Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get to Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Guangzhou again.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and chose the single room, which was excellent both times I’ve visited—both trips were specifically for appointments at the nearby hospital. The facilities are well-maintained and surprisingly clean for a shared-style accommodation. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, and the curtain by the bed provided good privacy when closed. There’s also a built-in washing machine under the sink—very handy for laundry needs. One small suggestion: adding a non-slip mat just outside the bathroom door would make things safer, as water tends to pool after showers. Without personal slippers, wearing disposable ones can be slippery and potentially hazardous. Service was outstanding—any request was met with prompt help. After surgery, I had limited mobility, so the staff kindly arranged a lower bunk bed for me, which made a big difference. Free bottled water and basic toiletries were readily available upon request, and the team—front desk staff and manager alike—were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. During my stay, it coincided with the Canton Fair, so I noticed several international guests around, giving the place a lively, multicultural vibe.
