The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but overall it's a great stay. The lobby has a stylish design with a cozy vibe, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Even though it's not right in the city center, it's easy to get around via metro, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely considering coming back.

The hotel itself is a beautifully preserved historic building with great character and charm. Staff at the front desk and business service were professional, friendly, and helpful—they even assisted me with bus tickets and communicated in Spanish when needed. Overall, an exceptional stay with excellent value and a memorable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

What really surprised me was the staff’s language skills; one front desk agent spoke fluent Japanese, which totally caught me off guard! Even if English isn’t your strong suit, communication was smooth and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, with excellent shower pressure and consistent water temperature—no sudden spikes or drops. One minor note: the walls are a bit thin, and due to the lively local culture, some noise from neighboring rooms can be heard occasionally. But honestly, that didn’t detract much from the overall experience. Mexico City feels safer than many other major cities in North America, and I’d definitely recommend it to fellow travelers from Japan and beyond. A fantastic choice for comfort, location, and value.
