In the evening, we headed to the Ferris wheel and were pleasantly surprised by how few people were in line—got tickets and boarded right away, enjoying stunning views of the city skyline. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant served amazing noodles with crisp vegetables, and the squirrel-shaped mandarin fish was freshly prepared—absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a diverse menu including sesame dumplings, Ao Zao noodles, egg rolls, Benedict eggs, sweet pea and pomelo cheese salad, and the yellow peach milk banana pancake—each dish was flavorful and satisfying.
