Everything from housekeeping to front desk service felt professional and thoughtful. I arrived late on the second night after a long journey—outside was freezing cold—but inside, the lobby was warm and welcoming. The staff kindly offered free hot porridge and ginger tea to help ward off the chill. It instantly made me feel at home. Inside the room, attention to detail stood out: complimentary tea bags (green and black), a disposable toilet seat cover, and slippers that were sanitized and sealed in plastic wrap.
