My personal highlight was the incredible concierge service from Xiao Hu—the moment I arrived, she reached out via WeChat, pre-arranged everything, and remained super responsive throughout my stay. Any request or question was handled promptly and efficiently. The breakfast spread was outstanding—especially the fresh honeydew juice, which I’ll definitely miss when I’m back home. From the location to the staff, every aspect was exceptional. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends planning a trip to Chengdu, and I know I’ll be coming back again soon.
