Staying at Gran Melia Chengdu was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely warm. Special mention to Kevin Bai, the front office manager, whose thoughtful service made a real difference. He remembered our preferences and checked in on us throughout the stay, which felt incredibly personal. The lobby lounge is elegant and relaxing, perfect for unwinding with a drink or just enjoying the ambiance. The beds were heavenly—luxuriously comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. We celebrated New Year’s Eve here, and the whole atmosphere was magical. The hotel’s location is great, easily accessible by metro, and the overall luxury combined with such genuine hospitality makes this a top-tier choice. I’d return in a heartbeat.

She arranged breakfast for me and even helped with parking logistics, which was incredibly convenient. On New Year’s Eve, she personally sent warm holiday greetings—such a thoughtful touch! From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The hotel is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and perfectly located. It's not just a place to stay—it's a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be returning.
