The staff member I spoke with sounded a little impatient, which was a bit disappointing. That said, most of the team were friendly and professional. The breakfast attendant was especially warm and welcoming—her smile made the morning much better. When I returned later to collect my bags, only one young guy was on duty at the front desk, and he was absolutely amazing. I had quite a few bags, and instead of just handing them over, he offered me a reusable tote bag and even gave my kid a cute panda plush toy—such a thoughtful touch! It really stood out.
