Then, just yesterday, after attending Ziyu’s first concert, I was swamped with fan activities and nearly missed my high-speed train. In a panic, I rushed back, but thanks to the front desk team—especially the gentleman named Liu—they once again delivered my luggage to the station entrance and waited in the cold for 15 minutes. I made it just in time. If I’d missed that train, I’d have had to wait six hours for the next one. That kind of care is rare. The staff are incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall service quality at this price point? Absolutely stunning. It feels like getting way more than you pay for.
