Personally, that route felt smoother and faster. The building has floor access control, but since it’s a mixed-use residential-commercial space, there are often people waiting for the elevator, so if you’re in a rush, plan ahead. That said, everything runs smoothly overall. Before check-in, the manager reached out via WeChat to send over key info and offer instant support — super helpful for any issues like unfamiliar devices. Room amenities were excellent: plenty of outlets, fast Wi-Fi, reliable Daikin HVAC system, washer with detergent included, plus a coffee maker and tea bags (the tea was surprisingly good!). Daily mineral water refills made life easy. The projector TV worked well — just use the remote to adjust focus if needed. One small downside: TV channels weren’t as varied as expected. While the public areas aren’t huge, they’re thoughtfully designed—compact but stylish and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread was generous with a great variety of choices. Clean, comfortable, and well-located—this hotel offers excellent value. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Chengdu.
