The lobby and second-floor atrium were beautifully decorated with tall Christmas trees, creating a festive atmosphere the moment you walk in. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a lovely view of the giant Ferris wheel and glimpses of the sea—especially stunning at night when the city lights shimmered across the water. Service was exceptional from start to finish. I arrived earlier than check-in time, and they happily accommodated me with early check-in without any hassle. Staff even helped carry my luggage up to the room and assisted again at checkout by bringing my bags down to the side entrance. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and attentive—they even helped us secure a room with a stunning view, which I truly appreciated. Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch.
