So many other guests were also waiting for their check-in, but we were lucky to be welcomed right away. The hotel’s location is perfect—it’s just a short walk from both the metro station and the border checkpoint, making travel super convenient. After the concert, we returned quickly to drop off our things and even had time to head over to Jin Guang Hua Mall for dinner at Haidilao. The room was clean, well-maintained, and included helpful amenities like a full-length mirror and hangers. It felt spacious and comfortable despite being a compact city stay. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and location made this trip stress-free and enjoyable. A fantastic value for money and definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Shenzhen for events or business.

There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—right next to the metro station, making it super convenient for travelers coming from Hong Kong West Kowloon. I took the train and only needed a few stops to reach Futian. There’s an amazing variety of dining options right downstairs, so you never have to go far for a meal. Just a short walk away is a Hema store, perfect for grabbing groceries or essentials. One thing I really appreciated was the room service delivery—when I ordered the Guangdong-exclusive version of Bawang Cha Ji through the hotel’s system, the delivery rider brought it straight to my door. It felt like a little taste of local culture, and it made the whole experience even more memorable.
