Upon check-in, the front desk staff kindly offered a room upgrade to a high-floor suite with a stunning 180-degree view—perfect for taking in both the vibrant skyline of Shenzhen and distant glimpses of Hong Kong. The panoramic views were truly breathtaking. Our two-night stay included complimentary buffet lunches, which were generous and well-rounded. On the first day, each table received a portion of abalone—rich, tender, and deliciously fresh. The second day’s salt-and-pepper shrimp was good, though not quite as memorable. But what really stood out was the service: every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and proactively asked if we needed anything. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel itself exudes elegance and sophistication, with impeccable maintenance and attention to detail in every corner. The staff went above and beyond—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. From check-in to checkout, I felt like a valued guest. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The nightly turndown service added a lovely personal touch, making the stay even more special. Lunch at the highly acclaimed Dongwan Restaurant was a highlight. Despite the premium reputation, the pricing felt fair, and the food quality was outstanding—especially the glass-roasted pigeon, which was crispy-skinned and incredibly flavorful. A must-try! For dinner, I visited MO Bar, ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars. While walk-ins are welcome (private booths require booking), I arrived on a Sunday evening and only waited about 20 minutes—lucky timing! For those wanting to avoid queues, arriving after 11 PM seems to be a smarter move. Breakfast at Sān Cān Bazaar on the lobby level offered decent variety, though it could have been more refined given the hotel’s luxury standard. It wasn’t bad—just not quite up to the exceptional level I expected. Finally, the spa experience was relaxing and well-executed, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Overall, this stay delivered on all fronts: location, comfort, service, dining, and ambiance. With a perfect 10/10 rating, it’s clear why this hotel stands out as one of Shenzhen’s finest luxury options.
Wongtee V Hotel
This was my first stay at Wongtee V Hotel in Shenzhen, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is fantastic—right next to Huangting Plaza and Leading Center, so everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment is within walking distance. Plus, it's super convenient for public transit. Upon check-in, staff member Xiao Liu kindly upgraded us to a scenic view room—a real highlight! I spent a relaxing evening soaking in the bathtub while enjoying the breathtaking city lights. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. With such great value and excellent service, I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Shenzhen and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and fellow travelers.

Just a short walk from Exit A of Line 9—cross the street and pass through Apark Cultural & Creative Park, and you’re there. The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby and a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for young travelers. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

I spent a few evenings there relaxing with a drink, enjoying the quiet atmosphere—no traffic noise or disturbances at all. Perfect for unwinding after a long day. This stay was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is incredibly close to the metro station—just a two-minute walk—and getting to Futian Checkpoint takes only one stop. A shopping mall is right around the corner, offering plenty of dining options. What really stood out was the robot-delivered food delivery straight to my room—so convenient and futuristic! There’s also a laundry facility and a coffee machine for those morning rituals. The room itself has great natural light thanks to the window, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being too cold or too warm. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. For the price, this is an incredible value—highly recommend if you're visiting Shenzhen!

We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—really impressive for a city apartment. The screen mirroring feature worked perfectly, making it easy to stream movies or shows during our stay. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price. If we ever come back to Shenzhen, we’ll definitely book here again. Highly recommended!
