During our chat, I mentioned how I’ve been visiting Hainan every year and always stayed at the 'Nanguo Venice Days Hotel.' But lately, I couldn’t find it online, and with my limited tech skills, I was really frustrated. Without hesitation, she searched online for me, even called the hotel directly to confirm—turns out the name had changed! It was exactly the place I’d been trying to locate all along. What truly touched me was what came next: she not only helped me book the correct accommodation but also covered the deposit fee on my behalf. Throughout my stay, she proactively arranged rides for me before each outing, reminded me about breakfast, and made sure I didn’t miss anything—like a caring family member. When it was time to check out, she personally arranged a ride to the high-speed rail station. This level of genuine care and attention is rare.
