The resort exceeded my expectations in every way—location, food quality, and staff hospitality were all top-notch. However, I’d like to share a quick tip: if you're planning to spend most of your time out exploring or on day trips, the all-inclusive package might not be the best value. We stayed for five nights and went on guided tours for three days, often leaving at 7 a.m. and returning as late as 8 p.m., so we barely had time to enjoy the meals included in our package. That’s roughly $400 per person per day going to waste! In reality, dining out for two people costs around $100 at local restaurants or even at the hotel’s à la carte options. If your itinerary is packed with excursions, you might save money by opting for pay-per-meal dining instead. Just something to consider before booking!

All-inclusive meals were surprisingly delicious, with a great variety and quality. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and the soda was refreshing and plentiful—perfect for a tropical getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We were upgraded from a single suite to a double suite at no extra cost—what a delightful surprise! The view from our room was unbeatable: we witnessed stunning sunsets and breathtaking sunrises every morning. The sea was crystal clear and impossibly blue, making beach time even more magical. It’s been an unforgettable experience filled with joy and adventure—totally worth every moment. Definitely a place I’d return to again!

The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transit and plenty of great dining options nearby. I’d definitely book again if I ever return to Cancun.

I can't recommend Hostel Natura enough — I've stayed here multiple times, and even my first visit was a few years back when it was under different management. The current owners are truly exceptional, constantly upgrading the space and making thoughtful improvements. It's perfectly located in the heart of the Hotel Zone, just steps away from great restaurants, lively bars, and local hotspots. The volunteer team is incredibly friendly and adds such a warm, welcoming vibe to the place. There are plenty of clean bathrooms and showers, a small but functional kitchen, and the rooftop area is one of the best parts — perfect for relaxing or catching sunset views. I usually book a shared dorm room, which keeps my travel budget in check without sacrificing comfort. If you're visiting Cancun, this hostel should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be back.
