While they required a gate code and insisted on downloading an app that accessed personal devices, these measures didn’t feel secure. In fact, the windows had rusty bars and were clearly insecure. I tried reaching out before leaving to report issues and request early check-out, but received no response. Later, I contacted the platform directly for help, but got no resolution either. This lack of communication and support from management made the entire experience extremely stressful and disappointing.
