When checking out, I requested a late checkout, and although they could only accommodate a short extension due to high occupancy, they made every effort to help. Overall, the experience was outstanding—from service to amenities, every detail felt special. This is luxury done right, and I’d happily return again.

Freshly squeezed juice, smoked salmon, and the flavorful chicken broth base at the noodle station were all excellent—but adding more types of dumplings and soup variations would be a nice upgrade. Dinner at the Executive Lounge was a real treat: dining high above the city with panoramic views of Canton Tower lit up at night felt unforgettable. It was romantic, delicious, and perfectly captured the essence of a memorable getaway. This place truly delivers exceptional value and experience—I’ll definitely be back.

Despite being around for years, the hotel doesn’t feel outdated at all—the rooms and public areas are well-maintained and fresh. The staff are attentive and genuinely helpful, going the extra mile without being pushy. Breakfast is a highlight—wide variety, excellent quality, and great value for money. If I ever return to Guangzhou, this will be my top choice again. Highly recommend!

I unfortunately caught the flu during my flight, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to care for me—daily deliveries of bottled water, endless kindness, and a level of service that truly stood out. The entire place was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient. It ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. My room faced the Guangzhou Tower directly, and the view was breathtaking—especially at night when the city lights came on. Everything in the room was modern, functional, and comfortable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. A true gem in Guangzhou.
