Cleaning standards are top-notch: staff meticulously remove hair strands, polish mirrors, and keep the space spotless every day. I specifically requested a quiet room, so they arranged a high-floor unit—despite being near a lively night market, closing the windows completely eliminated outside noise. They even provided earplugs for extra peace. Service? Outstanding. Both times I called reception, I got answered instantly, and my WeChat messages were replied to within minutes. On check-out day, they offered free luggage storage, extended my checkout time to 2 PM, and even helped me book a taxi—so thoughtful! This hotel delivers comfort, cleanliness, and genuine care. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. I enjoyed walking to Hai Xinsha to check out the exhibition — only about 10 minutes away. In the evening, I had a delicious Cantonese meal right downstairs and then strolled over to Huacheng Plaza, where the night views were stunning. Being centrally located in Zhujiang New Town, the proximity to major attractions made sightseeing effortless. For the price, the value-for-money is outstanding — no need to worry about transportation, just step out and explore. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience, comfort, and great access to everything.
