Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The team spoke fluent English and were always ready to help with any request, no matter how small. It's rare to find such attention to detail and genuine hospitality in a hotel. Majura Hotel Business
The overall experience was good, and the room service was excellent. However, the spa is extremely overpriced, and the massage quality was terrible. I paid 100 euros for a luxury massage, but ended up receiving a very low-quality treatment. To make matters worse, they actually injured my ankle during the session—I'm still recovering two weeks later. For that price, there are definitely much better massage options out there. I won’t be returning to this spa under any circumstances.
